KinTech, LLC is a for-profit technology company that builds and incubates platforms designed to improve access, coordination, and outcomes across systems.
Our work spans automation, resource discovery, workforce participation, and compliance reporting — with a focus on practical, execution-ready solutions. Our platforms today are KinTrades and KinComply.
Founded by Shanell Guardo — a veteran and technologist who builds systems centered on the people who rely on them. Her experience spans defense, healthcare, financial services, and public-sector technology.
Founder Series Foundation
Founder Series Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization expanding access to entrepreneurship, education, technology, mentorship, and career exploration for the people who most need a door opened.
The Foundation's open-source Build With Me curriculum draws from Shanell's lived experience building KinTech, LLC and KinTrades — translating real founder decisions into teaching material for students, aspiring entrepreneurs, veterans, and underserved communities.
Founded by Shanell Guardo — also the founder of KinTech, LLC. The Foundation operates as an independent organization under its own board governance and charitable purpose; additional board members and advisors are joining as incorporation completes.
