Our work spans automation, resource discovery, and workforce participation platforms — with a focus on practical, execution-ready solutions. Today the flagship platform is KinTrades; KinComply is on the roadmap.
Founded by Shanell Guardo — a veteran and technologist who builds systems centered on the people who rely on them. Her experience spans defense, healthcare, financial services, and public-sector technology.

The Foundation's open-source Build With Me curriculum draws from Shanell's lived experience building KinTech, LLC and KinTrades — translating real founder decisions into teaching material for students, aspiring entrepreneurs, veterans, and underserved communities.
Founded by Shanell Guardo — also the founder of KinTech, LLC. The Foundation operates as an independent organization under its own board governance and charitable purpose; additional board members and advisors are joining as incorporation completes.
