Impact-Driven Technology.
Removing Barriers to Access.

Building systems that create equity.

KinTech Network is an ecosystem of technology platforms, programs, and initiatives designed to expand access, improve systems, and create economic opportunity.

KinTech, LLC is the for-profit technology company at its core — building practical, execution-ready systems that remove real-world barriers to access and participation.

What We Build

KinTech designs and builds software platforms that improve how organizations operate, make decisions, and access opportunities.

Our work focuses on three core areas:

1

Automation & Workflow Systems

Systems that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve coordination across teams and programs.

  • Workflow automation tools
  • Data tracking and operational systems
  • Internal support and process platforms
2

Resource Discovery & Access Systems

Tools that help organizations identify, navigate, and act on opportunities.

  • Grant discovery and funding navigation tools
  • Opportunity matching systems
  • Resource access and decision-support platforms
3

Workforce & Participation Systems

Platforms that improve how people connect to work and economic opportunity.

  • KinTrades (formerly GetWorkKin)
A platform that helps skilled trades professionals showcase their skills through video-based profiles, connects them with employers, and automates government reimbursement submissions after hire

KinTrades is a technology platform developed by KinTech and is one of several platforms within the KinTech ecosystem.

Founder Series

KinTech doesn't just build technology — we help others build it too.

Initiative

Founder Series: Build With Me

Founder Series is an initiative within the KinTech Network focused on expanding access to AI and business development tools for underrepresented founders and small business creators.

The program provides:

  • Education on AI and technology-enabled business building
  • Hands-on training to move from idea to working solution
  • Technical assistance and mentorship for early-stage founders
  • The program focuses on expanding access to tools and knowledge, not providing commercial consulting services

Founder Series is intended to grow as a standalone nonprofit initiative focused on increasing access to technology, entrepreneurship, and economic participation in underserved communities.
